Welcome to Colora and our website, colora.shop (the "Website") and mobile app ("App"). These Terms and conditions (the "Terms") apply when you as a consumer, place an order through or use colora.shop, associated pages, or the Colora mobile app. These Terms constitute an agreement between you and MAD ENGINEERING AB, reg. no. 559536-6823, and by placing an order through or by using the Website or App you agree to these Terms. We ask that you carefully read the Terms before further use of the Website or App.

2. The service

We offer color analysis, styling tips, and product recommendations through our app.

3. Agreement, Payment and Subscriptions

Binding Agreement: The agreement becomes binding when payment is completed.

Payment Methods: Payment is processed through the options shown at checkout. Any fees will be disclosed before purchase confirmation.

Subscriptions: Payment is processed through Stripe (web) or Apple App Store (iOS). Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.

4. Right of withdrawal

Since you get immediate access to the digital service and can start using it right away, no right of withdrawal applies under distance selling laws.

5. User rules

You may use the service for personal use. You may not upload inappropriate images or misuse the service.

6. Refunds

Due to immediate access to digital content, refunds are generally not available. For technical issues, billing errors or other issues:

For Stripe payments: Cancellations and refunds can be requested by emailing us at info@colora.shop. We will process refund requests according to our refund policy.

For Apple App Store payments: Cancellations and refunds are handled according to Apple's terms and conditions as outlined in the Apple App Store.

7. Liability

Users acknowledge that styling and color recommendations are:

  • Advisory and subjective
  • May contain errors

While we strive for accuracy, product data may not always be correct. We are not responsible for any errors or discrepancies in product information.

8. Termination

You can close your account at any time. We may close accounts that violate these terms.

9. Personal data

We process your data according to our privacy policy and GDPR.

10. Disputes

Please contact us first at info@colora.shop to resolve any disputes. We aim to resolve issues within 14 days.

If we cannot resolve your issue directly, EU customers may use the ODR platform and Swedish consumers can contact the General Complaints Board (ARN). Swedish law applies.

11. Changes

New terms are published here and take effect from the publication date.
